Fred Amador is the CEO of Peak Insight Coaching LLC and a Member of the Leadership Collaborative. He is a coach who brings over fourteen years of experience assisting individuals, leaders and teams in creating possibilities and breakthrough results. He has experience working in higher education, employee assistance programs, managed care and community health agencies. In addition he has many years of experience teaching life success skills, leadership, communication, career exploration and development. His specialties include communication, the mindset to produce breakthrough results, team building, life management, career exploration and development.
Fred is a native of Arizona. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters Degree in Counseling from Arizona State University. Coach training includes Adler School of Coaching and the Career Coaching Institute along with mediation training. He is on the board of directors of the Phoenix College Alumni Association and has served as a big brother for Valley Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona for the last six years. Fred resides in Phoenix, AZ.
Kathleen Clark is CEO of CWI Coaching & Consulting, LLC and a member of The Leadership Collaborative. Kathleen has spent the last 15 years working in a variety of organizations including Electric Utilities, Health Care, Government, Fortune 100 businesses and Non Profit organizations. Her experience includes executive leadership, operations management, organizational development, executive coaching, training and expert facilitation. With a varied and deep professional history Kathleen has developed a reputation for seeing each situation as new, asking skillful questions, facilitating innovative processes, and eliciting extraordinary results.
Ms. Clark received her degree from UC Davis with additional certifications from University of Toronto. Kathleen is also an ICF certified Executive and Professional coach trained through the University of Texas School of Management.
Kathleen values civic involvement and has been President of Tempe Leadership and is currently on the Tempe Elementary School District Strategic Planning Team, and leads her neighborhood association. Kathleen resides in Tempe, Arizona with her husband and two young children.
Rosemary Delgado is the CEO of Achieve with Intention and a member of the Leadership Collaborative. A Certified Professional Coach and consultant, Rosemary is well known with a variety of business, organizational development, training and human resources experience. Her specialty areas are leadership development, team coaching, and talent management for individuals, teams and organizations that address personal and professional development and business strategies. Rosemary has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a BS degree in Business.
Rosemary has sixteen years experience in local and state government and ten years experience in the private sector. She is the President-Elect for the American Society of Training and Development, a member of the ICF, and is certified in various Franklin-Covey workshops. Rosemary resides in Phoenix’s West Valley with her husband.
